EDGEWISE is software. It gathers publicly available market and event data, applies statistical models to it, and displays the output.
EDGEWISE is not a broker, a dealer, an exchange, a futures commission merchant, an investment adviser, a commodity trading advisor, or a commodity pool operator. It is not registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the National Futures Association, or the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Nothing produced by EDGEWISE is advice. It is not investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to enter into any transaction. Output is informational and educational only.
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors such as lack of liquidity.
Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.
Trading event contracts involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose the entire amount you commit to any position, and you can lose money even when a model's stated probability is high.
Only commit money you can afford to lose entirely. Do not trade with borrowed funds, funds needed for living expenses, or funds you cannot lose without material hardship.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any record, win rate, probability, return, or projection shown anywhere on this site or in the software is an estimate over a limited sample and must not be relied on as predictive.
Records shown may be incomplete. Picks that could not be matched to a settled market are excluded rather than counted, and sample sizes are often small enough that the result is not statistically meaningful.
By using EDGEWISE you agree that:
EDGEWISE is standardized. Every member receives the same software, the same models, and the same outputs. We do not tune strategies, parameters, or models for individual users, and we do not provide individualized recommendations based on any person's circumstances, holdings, objectives, or risk tolerance.
Requests for personalized strategy customization will be declined. Configuration settings you control yourself are yours to set; they do not constitute advice from us.
Your licence. Subject to these terms and while your membership is active, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and run the EDGEWISE client software on machines you control, for your own trading only. No other rights are granted, expressly or by implication.
Ownership. EDGEWISE and its operator retain all right, title and interest in the software, the models, the model parameters and coefficients, the training and validation methodology, the data pipelines, and the site — including every improvement and update. Nothing here transfers ownership of any of it to you.
Trade secrets. The models, their parameters and coefficients, and the methodology by which they are produced, trained and validated are confidential trade secrets. They are disclosed to you only to the extent needed to run the software for your own trading, and you must not disclose them to anyone else.
You may not:
Where applicable law grants you a right to decompile that cannot be excluded by contract, this clause applies only to the extent that law permits.
Outputs. Trades you place are yours and any profit or loss on them is yours. That does not give you rights in the models or parameters that produced the output, and it does not permit redistributing the output itself as a product or service.
When the licence ends. Your licence terminates automatically when your membership ends or if you breach this section. On termination you must stop using the client software and delete all copies, including any model or parameter files, from every machine under your control.
Enforcement. Breach of this section may cause harm that money cannot adequately remedy, and we may seek injunctive relief in addition to any other available remedy. We may also suspend or terminate access immediately.
EDGEWISE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kalshi or any other exchange or sportsbook. Exchange names are used only to identify publicly available markets.
Your relationship with any exchange is governed solely by that exchange's own terms and rules. Where these terms and an exchange's rules conflict as to your conduct on that exchange, the exchange's rules govern, and you must follow them.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade event contracts in your jurisdiction. Event contract trading is restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions; determining whether you may lawfully participate is your responsibility.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Any exchange API keys you supply remain under your control and are used only to carry out actions you initiate.
Trials, fees, and renewal terms are as shown at signup. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and does not retroactively refund a period already served unless required by law.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, abuses the service, or creates legal or operational risk.
What we hold. Your account record (name, email, plan, status, and the last four digits of a payment card — never a full card number), your recorded acceptances of these terms, support tickets you submit, and operational logs of your use of the service. If you connect an exchange, we hold the settings you configure; we do not hold your exchange credentials or your funds.
What we do not do. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We share it only with service providers operating on our behalf, or where a law or valid legal process requires it.
How long we keep it.
Deleting your data. You may ask us to delete your account data at any time and we will do so within 30 days, except for records we must keep to meet a legal or regulatory obligation — principally your terms acceptances and any financial records. Deletion is not reversible and ends your membership.
Anonymised data. We may retain and use aggregated or anonymised information that cannot reasonably identify you, including for improving the models. This survives deletion of your account because it is no longer your personal information.
Cookies. We set a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to run the service: a signed session cookie so you stay signed in, and a CSRF token. We set no advertising or third-party tracking cookies, so there is nothing here to consent to or opt out of. Clearing them signs you out.
Security. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your own credentials safe; use a unique password.
Your rights. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us through the Help Desk to exercise them. Your recorded terms acceptances are visible to you at any time on your account page.
EDGEWISE is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that output is accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted. Data is sourced from third parties and may be wrong, delayed, or missing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDGEWISE and its operator are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms carry a version. When they change materially, the version changes and you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the service. Your acceptances are recorded on your account with the version, date, and time, and are visible to you on your account page.
You can lose every dollar you put into an event contract, including on positions the model rates as likely to win. The software does not know what will happen. It estimates, and it is often wrong.
For educational and informational purposes only. EDGEWISE is software. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or commodity trading advisor, and nothing it produces is investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. No output is personalized to any individual's circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any record, probability, or projection shown is an estimate produced by software over a limited sample and is frequently wrong. Event contracts carry risk, including total loss of the amount committed. Do not commit money you cannot afford to lose.
You are solely responsible for every order you place and for operating within your exchange's rules, including any personal position or trading limits applied to your account. Software provided by EDGEWISE is standardized and identical for all users; it is not customized to any individual.
